Organize aerial and ground performances across multiple segments of the event.
Execution:
GLOBAL EVENT FORUM 2024 gathered 3,000 organizers from across the country at the Krasnaya Polyana resort (elevation 960 meters) in EVENT CITY.
GEF featured 4 nights and 5 days in the closed EVENT City area for organizers, contractors, and clients. It became a hub of inspiration and a powerful platform for experience exchange among professionals creating the nation’s top events.
The GEF opening ceremony kicked off with an aerial act on a trapeze, where performers in vibrant costumes executed airborne tricks to the applause of thousands.
On the third day, we orchestrated the flight of violinist Marco Crasso, who played the violin while soaring through the air like a bird.
The closing ceremony featured a complex act titled *Chain Reaction*, where five performers on specialized equipment showcased aerial acrobatics and the boundless potential of the human body.
For all GEF participants, we set up the *Spider Swing* installation on the main square, allowing anyone to relive childhood memories and float in the air.
