Organize a Welcome Zone featuring mimes to greet, escort, and entertain guests.
About the Project:

For Metropol Hotel, our team designed and implemented a unique Welcome Zone to create a warm and inviting atmosphere. Our goal was to make the guest reception a memorable and engaging start to the event.

Stage 1: Preparation

Concept Development:

  • Collaborated with the client to align the Welcome Zone concept with the event’s style and level.
  • Selected mimes as the core entertainment element for an atmospheric, interactive greeting.

Artist Selection:

  • Invited professional mimes with experience in event interactions and guest engagement.
  • Conducted casting to choose 4 mimes perfectly suited for the task.

Rehearsals:

  • Held multiple rehearsals to refine performances and guest interactions.
  • Focused on developing a welcoming script with comedic and interactive elements.

Costumes & Props:

  • Selected costumes harmonizing with the hotel’s interior, creating an elegant, festive look.
  • Prepared props to enable mimes to engage guests and foster a fun, relaxed atmosphere.

Stage 2: Execution

Welcome Zone:

  • Mimes greeted guests at Metropol Hotel’s entrance, creating a positive first impression.
  • Mimes escorted guests to the event hall, interacting and entertaining them along the way.

Guest Entertainment:

  • Mimes performed short comedic skits, involving guests in interactive games and uplifting their mood.
  • Their presence made waiting periods enjoyable and engaging, adding spontaneity and fun.

Atmosphere Creation:
