Creating a continuous fairy-tale atmosphere from 10 AM to midnight
Conducting children’s quests and a show program
Engaging over 10 animators and 20 artists to entertain children throughout the day

About the Project:
We transformed the festive day into an exciting adventure filled with magic and joy. The event became a true wonder, where every child felt part of a fairy tale.
Stage 1: Preparation
Concept Development:
Discussed all client preferences and event details.
Designed a thematic script in a New Year’s fairy-tale setting.
Planned decor, costumes, props, and all necessary attributes.
Decor Organization:
Created a detailed plan for decorating all hotel premises.
Purchased materials and decorations, developed unique New Year’s compositions.
Artist and Animator Selection:
Assembled a team of over 10 animators and 20 artists.
Designed a show program featuring acts like "On the Moon" and "Girl on the Sphere."
Prepared props and costumes, conducted rehearsals.
Stage 2: Implementation
Decor Installation:
Fully transformed the hotel into a New Year’s fairy tale.
Arranged decorations, garlands, and compositions throughout the venue.
Program Organization:
From morning, children were immersed in a magical atmosphere.
Hosted engaging quests with exciting tasks and games.
Executed the show program with performances on "On the Moon" and "Girl on the Sphere."
Coordination with Artists and Animators:
Managed all participants to ensure the program ran on schedule.
